This is a two-year-old used pub table dining set that includes four bar-height swivel stools and is in excellent condition. I am selling it because I am moving to a new apartment that lacks sufficient space. Only cash payments are accepted. Best, Yolanda.

# **🌾 Rattan Counter Stools — Pair (Pottery Barn, 2006)** A clean, coastal‑casual pair from Pottery Barn’s mid‑2000s collection, built with woven natural fiber seats and sturdy wood frames. These stools bring warm texture and an easy, relaxed look to any SWFL home. ## **📏 Measurements** - Seat: **14 x 14** - Height: **25** (counter height, not bar height) - Footprint: **15 x 15** ## **🛠 Condition** Both stools present well with **normal wear** from use. The woven seats and frames are solid; wood could benefit from **light touch‑up or a simple refinish** depending on buyer preference. ## **🌴 Style and Materials** - Coastal • Casual • Natural Fiber - Woven rattan‑style seat (Pottery Barn used various natural fibers in this era) - Solid wood base with cross‑supports - Pottery Barn, **2006** production - Neutral medium‑brown tone that works with almost any palette # **✨ About the Item / Where You’d Use Them** These Pottery Barn counter stools are ideal for a **kitchen island**, **breakfast bar**, **pass‑through counter**, or **lanai kitchenette**. Their woven seats add texture and warmth, while the compact footprint makes them great for smaller spaces or condo layouts. They blend effortlessly with coastal, transitional, farmhouse, and casual modern interiors. # **💛 Why We Like It** The natural woven seats give instant coastal charm, and the Pottery Barn build quality from this era is known for durability. They’re comfortable, lightweight, and easy to place—classic SWFL‑friendly seating. # **👤 Who Would Buy This** - SWFL homeowners furnishing a coastal kitchen or condo - Airbnb hosts wanting durable, natural‑fiber seating - Buyers who prefer Pottery Barn quality without new‑retail pricing - Anyone wanting compact counter stools with warm, organic texture # **📈 Demand Notes (SWFL)** Counter‑height stools with woven seats remain **high‑demand** in coastal markets. Natural fiber seating is especially popular in Englewood, Venice, Sarasota, and island communities. Pottery Barn pieces from the 2000s still sell quickly when priced right. # **💲 Comparable New Retail Price Today** Pottery Barn counter stools with woven seats typically retail: - **$199–$349 each** depending on model and finish Other brands (Serena & Lily, World Market, Target woven styles): - **$150–$450 each** ### 💵 **Price** $75.00... total for the pair ### 📍 **Pickup Location** Approximately one mile from SR776 and Dearborn Street, Englewood, Florida ### 🏡 **Seller** Private SWFL owner ### 🚗 **Availability** Ready for local pickup my notes: 261008002
