This is an AMAZING one-of-a-kind, custom-built sofa, which was specifically created to stage a 5-million dollar home, to help get the house sold fast. The fabric alone cost over $65 per yard, and the entire sofa cost over $10,200 to have made. The original plan was to sell it with the house, but the new owners already have their own sectional sofa that they plan to use instead. Since this sofa was only used to stage a home, it is basically like new. There was never any pets or smoke around it. It was never eaten on. So youd basically be getting a $10,000 large sectional sofa for less than a quarter of its real value. It was built in the U.S. from solid wood construction and the back and seat pillows are reversible and can be removed for cleaning, if the need ever arises. I also have many yards of extra fabric that matches this sofa for sale separately, if you wish to make more pillows out of it, or recover other furniture pieces in your home to match this sofa. The fabric retails for $65 per yard and I will add in however many yards you want for just $10 per yard. The upholstery fabric is soft and comfortable, but strong enough to handle a lot of wear and tear. It is done in a crocodile embossed beautiful coppery-bronze color. Because the fabric has a lot of texture and highs & lows in the color, it never shows any dirt or stains. You can literally spill soy sauce on this and blot it up and there will be no stain seen. It is the BEST fabric. All of the pillows are filled with tightly wrapped industrial foam so they hold their shape well and bounce right back to their firmness after being sat on for hours & hours. Each pillow has a zipper so you can remove the outer fabric for spot-treating or easy replacement if you get a bad stain or tear at any time down the road. The size of this sofa gives PLENTY of room for stretching out, and it is very comfortable for sitting. Easily holds 6-8 people on it. Great for parties. The shorter side easily unscrews from the longer, back side - for easy transport. This is a left-facing, 2 piece, L-sofa. Basic Measurements (but see the map of it in the last photo for more details): Length of longer back side: 163 Length of shorter, left side (when facing it from the front): 106 Seat Depth: 20 with pillows on / 27 with back pillows off Total Height of the back 30 / Total Depth 29 from wall behind it Seat Height: 19 from the ground Back Pillows Measure: 18 Tall / 32 wide / Approx 7 thick 2 matching throw pillows included Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to set up a viewing appointment if you are interested. I can even offer you a lay-away plan where you can divide the payments into 3 installments and pay it off over the course of 3 months, if needed. You are welcome to come pick it up as soon as the entire amount is paid off. I may even be able to arrange delivery to you for $100 (as long as there are no stairs to get it to where you want it to go). NOTE: The solid iron & glass large rectangle coffee table that you also see in the photos is also available separately for $1495 The rug is available too. Needs cleaning so we’re blowing this $7000 rug out at just $499. Measures 5.5 feet X 9 feet.

Iron/metal bed headboard + footboard - Queen size Bass/tan coloration These are heavy duty well made metal construction with screw hardware. Do not know exactly what alloy the metal is made of other than thay are heavy and well made. I believe these were originally purchased form a store called Arhaus in Kenwood. These likely cost over 1K new. They are one owner used in a guest bedroom. Condition is like new. Essentially each unit is exactly the same dimension (except one has removeable extension legs) Therefore you could use each in a low style headboard and footboard on a single queen bed, have a high style headboard and low footboard, or have two low headboards onto 2 separate queen beds. -60 wide by 39 high (57 high with extension legs) Cash on pickup in Loveland, OH. NEW IN THE UNOPENED ORIGINAL BOX. KNKA 2500 Sq.Ft Dehumidifier About this item 2500 Sq. Ft High-Efficiency Dehumidifier – The KNKA basement dehumidifier features a quiet, high-performance compressor that removes up to 34 pints of moisture per day (at 95°F, 90% RH). Ideal for basements, offices, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, stockrooms, living rooms, laundry rooms, garages, crawlspaces, or RVs. It helps maintain optimal humidity between 50%–70% for healthier, more comfortable living 3 Smart Modes for Custom Comfort — Our smart dehumidifiers for a home have DEHU, DRY, and CONT modes. Choose from DEHU (adjusts humidity from 30%–80% with fan control), DRY (quick clothes drying), or CONT (nonstop operation for extremely damp areas). Tip: For the best results, keep windows and doors closed while the dehumidifier is in use 2 Drainage Options — Manual or Continuous. This room dehumidifier with drain hose offers two drainage options. When the 3L water tank is full, the unit automatically shuts off, and a convenient indicator light lets you know it’s time to empty the tank. For hassle-free operation, simply connect the included 3.28 ft drain hose for continuous drainage—no need to manually empty the tank. (Note: The 34-pint capacity refers to moisture removal per day, not the water tank size.) Smart Controls with Auto Humidity Adjustment & Safety Lock — The home dehumidifier features an advanced smart control system that makes it easy to set the ideal humidity level, adjust the fan speed, set a timer, activate the child lock, and more. The automatic humidity control maintains your selected level by turning the unit on when humidity is high and off when it’s low. (Note: The real-time humidity reading reflects the air at the inlet, which may differ slightly from external humidity meters.) Ultra-Quiet with LED Humidity Indicator – Runs at just 37dB—quieter than a conversation. In sleep mode, lights turn off and sound levels drop even further. A color-changing LED displays real-time humidity, even when the unit is off, so youre always informed Portable & Easy to Maintain – With Wheels, Handle & Washable Filter. Move effortlessly with 360° wheels and a soft leather handle. The removable tank and reusable filter simplify cleaning. Our soft leather handle offers a more comfortable and secure grip— its easy to grip even for seniors. Sleek design fits any home style Note: For optimal performance, keep the dehumidifier upright at all times. After delivery, allow it to stand upright for 24 hours before use. This ensures proper internal balance and long-term reliability Note: When using the continuous dehumidification function, it is recommended to connect a drain hose to avoid the inconvenience of frequently emptying the water tank
