I am selling my dining set because I am relocating to a new apartment that doesn't have enough space for it. I have really enjoyed this set, and it is still in great condition. It features a well-maintained 44-inch round table that is two years old, along with four comfortable bar-height swivel stools. Everything is in excellent shape. Please be aware that I only accept cash payments. Regards, Yolanda.

Nice Hampton Bay 10-piece Steel Outdoor Patio Dining Set furniture in good condition! Hampton Bay is a high-end & high-quality maker of patio sets. This is a great and modern patio set that youll enjoy while dining with family & friends on warm Spring & Summer evenings. Its also large & spacious for doing crafts work or other creative work while enjoying the Vegas air. IMPORTANT NOTE: The umbrella fabric recently tore away from the mechanism due to years of sun exposure causing fabric fatigue. The set will include the umbrella mechanism that still works perfectly and the 50LB umbrella base...but it will need to have a new fabric covering or new umbrella installed, if you want a functioning umbrella. Ive included photos of the table with the previously-functioning umbrella, as well as photos of the table with no umbrella. A new & complete umbrella and mechanism from a big-box store will easily install in the table and costs $50-100+. Since Im including the 50LB base, you dont have to buy a base. Set includes the following: > Hampton Bay large black steel rectangular outdoor patio table (66 L x 44 W). > NOTE: The black paint is sun-beaten, but still looks fine. You can easily & economically repaint it in an afternoon. > Six (6) matching Hampton Bay black steel chairs - 2 are tilt & rotate and 4 are rotate. They include gray weatherproof outdoor seat cushions & back cushions in great and clean condition. > Cushion coverings can be unzipped and cushion inside removed and both put in washing machine/dryer for cleaning. > Hampton Bay large black umbrella mechanism with 10 diameter. You can set the tilt to varying degrees and it attaches to table and base through center-hole. Center hole has a small dent, but works perfectly for mounting umbrella mechanism pole. > The patio umbrella fabric will be included, that you can either repair or replace - The fabric is waterproof. The umbrella fabric has a few small holes at edges (see pics) that doesn’t affect the use or coverage. > FREE: Also included is the solid 50LB black base for the umbrella to be secured to. Very solid & stable. > FREE: Throwing in a Patio Umbrella LED Light with 3 Brightness Modes that I purchased separately. Its battery operated and attaches to the umbrella poll. Specs: Table dimensions: 66 L x 44 W Number of chairs: 6 - Two that tilt & rotate, 4 that rotate Umbrella diameter = 10 Pole diameter = 1.5 Table hole diameter = Approx. 1.5-2 Seat cushions = 20x22, Back cushions = 20x20 I bought this set a few years ago, used it for some BBQ dinners on nice nights and working on various hobbies...but now selling because Im moving and cant take it with me. Mid-century Tanker in fair/good condition! As the kids might say, IYKYK. :) Made in Michigan, USA to last forever. Plus it looks SO COOL with the clean, understated mid-century aesthetic going. If you’ve been looking for a bargain on one of these to get locally and restore, here it is. I have owned it since the early 90’s. It’s been in my insulated and heated man cave the whole time. Some small dents as you can hopefully see. I think that’s an easy one to fix by whoever is painting it a fun color. The top is in *fantastic* condition. Drawers all work. Don’t have the key for the center drawer. This thing is, well, a TANK. I can help load it into a truck or could maybe be cajoled (and bribed!) into delivering it in my truck in the Eug area, if you don’t have a truck. It’s heavy. From what I’m seeing online this is a great price. I want to sell it. I’m reworking the interior of my man-cave so as to make it a musical performance space and I need the room. If the ad is up, it’s available. I included my phone number to expedite conversations with interested folks but I will not answer “is it available” texts because they are usually scams. :)
