I have a Rheem outdoor Tankless gas water heater for sale. It works great! It appears to be about 15 years old, there is a little rust up near the top vent but I couldnt really get a good picture of it. This can be something you install and use for the next few years, or if you already have one it will be a good source for parts. We are refinishing our garage and the lines went across the walls/ceiling. Decided to go back to a standard (tank) water heater as the cost for a new water heater was comparable to the cost to move the lines into the walls.
