I am selling my dining set because I am relocating to a new apartment that doesn't have enough space for it. I have really enjoyed this set, and it is still in great condition. It features a well-maintained 44-inch round table that is two years old, along with four comfortable bar-height swivel stools. Everything is in excellent shape. Please be aware that I only accept cash payments. Regards, Yolanda.

Up for sale is an authentic, collector-quality Howard Miller McCarthy floor clock (Model 610-695) in a rich Golden Oak finish on select hardwoods and veneers. Built in the Ambassador Collection standards. This piece is in near flawless, near-mint condition both cosmetically and mechanically, meticulously maintained in a clean non smoking environment. Keeps accurate time and lunar dial movement. Small scratches on weights is all that can be found for blemishes. German Kieninger Movement: Premium cable-driven triple-chime movement playing Westminster, St. Michael, and Whittington chimes, with an automatic nighttime shut off or no chime selector. Dial & Pendulum: Polished brass dial with Arabic numerals and an astrological blue moon phase dial, complete with a polished brass gridiron pendulum and matching brass weight shells. Access & Security: Locking front glass door (original key included) and removable glass side panels. Dimensions: 86-1/8 H x 26 W x 16 D Condition: Near Mint / Near flawless. Minor scratches on weights, no wood gouges or scratches, or finish wear on the cabinet. The brass work retains its high polish, and the German movement runs and chimes smoothly. Transport Note for pick up option: Please bring a vehicle capable of transporting an 86-inch clock (truck, SUV, or cargo van) along with furniture blankets, cushion for base and straps. Pendulum and weights will be safely removed prior to loading for secure transport. Seller is not responsible for item condition or set up once it is paid for and pick up operation commences. Meaning: If you or your pick up crew drops it, scratches it, damages it in anyway shape or form, I am not responsible and no refund will be given. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND buyer does research about how to transport a piece like this before picking up. Best option is delivery by me. Please feel free to come by and see the clock, operating and verify its condition before sale. Request any additional pictures and I will send them. Also, a cell phone video call would be good so the clock can be seen while running, for those who live too far to see in person. I am available most any day and evening for showing.
