I sincerely want to put a slab of wood on this myself and turn this into a work desk. But, in the interest of time (which I have a limited supply of) I am selling this piece as a re use piece for you!! The piece is circa 1960s or 70s and was used as a router table or circular saw table, I think. There is a furrow right of center I believe was used for a guide to push the piece of wood threw the tool afore mentioned. The piece is made of solid pressed steel with bolts and has a solid caste acrylic top. I think painted your choice of colors with a slab of wood would make this a SPECTACULAR and one of a kind desk, kitchen island, or craft table! The convex tubular stretchers at the base are such a focal point, I absolutely love them! I think it is a VERY aesthically pleasing piece. I just love it! Dimensions of the table are: 41 inches wide 27 inches deep 32.5 inches tall Priced to go and FIRM at $185!!
