This role is ideal for someone seeking consistent daytime hours, with most weekends free, while participating in meaningful special events throughout the year. Performance Expectations This role requires efficiency and strong time management: Standard rooms: 20 minutes Deluxe rooms: 30 minutes Responsibilities Cleaning showers, bathtubs, and restrooms Vacuuming (heavy), sweeping, and mopping Cleaning windows, counters, and kitchenette areas Dishwashing Making beds and changing linens Laundry (washing, sorting, and returning items to residents) Deep cleaning and maintaining common areas Reporting maintenance issues and submitting work orders Inspecting for pests (ants, spiders, etc.) Team Support Duties All team members contribute to the overall resident experience.
