George Oliver “Ashlie” writing desk in a warm walnut-style finish. Mid-century look with tapered, splayed legs and a roomy single drawer. It’s compact enough for a small office, bedroom, or entryway. Dimensions: about 36.75 W x 20 D x 30 H. The drawer interior is about 32 W x 15 D. Pine and engineered wood construction. CONDITION: Good, but not perfect, so the price reflects that. There is a crack about 6 long in the desktop surface, and a few nicks and scratches on the front edge and apron. The drawer works and the legs are solid. I have close-up photos of all the flaws, so please look through them before messaging. Bought new for around $250 or more. We don’t need it anymore, so it’s time for it to go. Asking $80 or best offer. Cash only. Pickup only in Pacific Heights. Street parking is limited, so I’ll give the exact address once we set a time. I’m happy to meet you at the curb with the desk. It’s easy to carry at about 42 lbs, and the legs come off if you need to fit it in a small car. Please bring your own tools for that. I have cats at home, so if you have allergies, keep that in mind. Message me with a day and time that work for you. I’ll answer specific questions, but I won’t reply to “is this available?” with no other details.

Hello Everyone, I can no longer receive Craigslist emails, my contact information is written below**. Thanks. This piece is just gorgeous, color is deep and rich. It was made around 1960 by Stanley Distinctive Furniture USA. Notice the subtle inlay that frames the doors and drawers, it’s just right, in excellent taste. So nicely made, even the back is finished beautifully. It’s a true credenza, not a dresser although it can be multi functional. The top drawer (dovetailed) is sectioned for silverware, all drawers glide w ease and no odor except for the walnut. It’s a large one, measuring 70 1/2 inches wide x 18 3/4 inches deep x 31 inches tall. Behind the doors on the left side is a fully adjustable shelf, the right side never had a shelf, it’s for taller items like bottles, decanters or anything that’s vertical. You could easily add a shelf if needed. There are definitely signs of use, nothing noticeable unless you look very closely. There is a spot on the top that I tried to photograph, you may be able to see it in the last photo. It’s not very large and it’s pretty hard to see but I have to mention it. The walnut doesn’t have any fading and color is consistent throughout, the finish is in great condition. It’s very clean and completely ready to use and enjoy. For a quick reply Please CALL OR TEXT Me at ** seven o seven, seven nine six, three two nine two. Located in West Petaluma. Cash only please. Thanks

Exceptional. If theres one word to describe this absolutely stunning, extra-long teak dining table designed by Henning Kjaernulf beautifully paired with ten Niels Moller model 71 Danish teak dining chairs with brand-new, professionally-woven papercord seats that would be it...exceptional. Ive restored many mid-century Scandinavian teak dining sets over the years and this pairing is the epitome of exceptional design and attention to detail...its absolutely gorgeous and would be a beautiful EXTRA-LONG table situation for your family/guests to gather around the next 30+ years - it nearly jumps out of these photos and into your dining room its so stellar! TABLE OVERVIEW: Circa 1960s, this round-to-oval teak dining table is of the utmost quality and in pristine condition. Closely inspect the pictures and youll also notice the beautiful tabletop wood graining all the way from one end to the other with numerous #53 stampings on many elements of the table - they certainly dont make furniture of this quality anymore...danish quality and proud craftsmanship! TABLE DIMENSIONS: The scale of this dining table would be best suited for larger-sized dining spaces as the table is both wider and extends MUCH longer than normal teak dining tables of the era. It is 49.25 round with four 19.75 extension leaves so itll expand to 128.25 when fully extended (or 69 w/one leaf, 88.75 w/two inserted, 108 w/three leaves). Best of all, tripod (or kickstand) legs drop down when then table gets expanded for additional support and so no sagging. Normal dining table height, 29 high. TABLE CONDITION: Ive restored numerous teak tables over the years and this one is hands-down one of the most exquisite and highest quality craftsmanship, deep-and-dark old-growth teak coloring and overall condition. Its just been lovingly restored/reconditioned so it now exudes a beautiful satin sheen with that lovely warm teak glow to showcase the beautiful old-growth teak woodgrain throughout. As with all vintage furniture, there are some minor blemishes; but overall, its stunning and presents beautifully. TABLE DIMENSIONS: 49.25 round, four 19.75 leaves. Normal dining table height of 29 CHAIRS: Ten exquisite Niels Moller model 71 Danish teak dining chairs with brand-new, professionally-woven papercord seats. These have been in my personal collection for many years as I have slowly accumulated these Danish rarities and personally enjoyed how each one is a tad different yet same overall with slightly differing teak backrest woodgraining. When you restore mid-century furniture as long as I have, taking your time to curate and resurrect a set of epic chairs is a fun and rewarding project. These all feature new hand-woven papercord seats, thus completely resetting them to last another sixty years of elegant dining within your living space. CHAIRS OVERVIEW: Moller chairs are widely known as the epitome of Danish design; yet within the Moller grouping of designs, the model 71 stands out as something truly special. Notice the lovely, swooped curved backrest and how the backrest struts slightly taper yet are very ergonomic, visually striking and comfortable too (always an import thing for those long family dinner or card games/puzzles)! Chairs still retain the manufacturer marked J.L. Moller Models medallion/stampings verifying their authenticity. PAPERCORD SEATS: All have been correctly and professionally-rewoven with refined/traditional Danish paperchord that will never go out of style and last just as long as paperchord seats are more durable than normal fabric/leather upholstery. In short, if youre looking to exude a comfortable and fantastic midcentury vibe in your dining space for the next 30+ years, these chairs are for you. CHAIRS CONDITION: These lovelies have been meticulously restored to enhance the beautiful wood grain, while the new papercord seats ensure years of comfortable and durable use. This level of restoration preserves the chairs historical integrity while preparing them for modern-day usage without issue. As with all vintage furniture, there are minor blemishes that I have addressed/blended. Overall, they present beautifully and I hope someone will enjoy them as much as we have ours (see below)! FUN FACT: Weve had a set of Moller 71s with papercord seats surrounding our dining table for many years and thoroughly enjoy their lovely design and comfortability too. Owning a set of Moller chairs is more than just a set of lovely dining chairs; its investing in a piece of design history for many generations. Their artistic expression and ergonomic form make them as relevant and appealing today as they were over seventy years ago. CHAIR DIMENSIONS: 31 high x 19.25 wide x 17.5 deep; floor-to-seat height is 17.5 VIEWINGS/APPOINTMENTS: In-person viewings are available by appointment and always the best way to preview things so you know exactly what youre getting. I could assist with delivery within a reasonable distance of the greater Seattle area for a nominal fee, well figure something out if you need. I could also coordinate shipping logistics should you live outside the area too. If this posting is up its still available. No holds, no returns...all sales final.
