Yes! We still have the couch, next question. It’s very heavy and you may want to arrange to have help loading it. I will delete the ad within an hour of it being sold. We asked Alta Pest Control to treat for mice, where we were going to have to store things in the garage. The tech told me he would not put the traps in the garage because that would draw mice IN to the garage. I believed him and I uncovered the sofa a couple days before a buyer who was going to pay $150 for it, was coming. No damage was on it when I uncovered it. If you want to have it reupholstered (KAD in Georgetown on Williams Dr. is great) or just put a cover over it, this is so comfortable. A mouse chewed several holes around the center console - see photos. We put a trap in the garage and caught the mouse. From a non-smoking home. 2-recliner sofa. Two Drink and remote holders in center console. Very comfortable and lays back to your comfort level. There are some small existing holes in the back, new holes caused by mice by the center arm rest (see pix 5 & 6 - they are of the same spot) and one on the left side as you are facing it. If that arm is against a wall, no one would see it. Color looks like photo 1 in front of brick wall. It’s 7’ wide x 33” x 36” tall at highest point. Delivery fee to your curb is based on distance and time round trip at $35/hr. No cashiers cheques or shipping agents. PayPal , Venmo or cash is acceptable. NOTE: Listing will be deleted once item is sold. Most inquiries as to whether it is still available turn out to be spammers so Im now ignoring those. Pretend you asked if its available, I said, yes and then ask your question. Dont ask me to write you at a personal email address. The craigslist method works just fine.

PLEASE NOTE: The first photo shows this loveseat in our home before it went to storage. The second photo is an AI-staged room image, included only to give you an idea of how it can look in a room. The photos after those are the loveseat as it is now at storage. Two-seat camelback settee with cream velvet-like upholstery, tight back, single bench cushion, and scrolled arms with dark wood trim. Approximately 68 W x 38 D x 40 H. Light wear: nicks on wood scroll ends and base frame, and a split line in the front base rail. Priced to move — reasonable offers considered. Local pickup at a storage unit in Clifton, NJ 07013. Cash on pickup. Town only — no home address and no map pin.

Do an image search on these and you will see how much they go for. Looks like 400 and up. This chair is in great shape. No smells no stains very clean. The foot stool is an addition that did not come with the chair but you can have it if you want. Has a small disturbance in the weave at the bottom. (Pictured-last pic lower left side.) I must have done that somehow but dont recall how. Great price for a great comfortable chair. Look at the pineapples! No pets no smoking household 35 from top of back to front 32 side to side outside arms 20 1/2 inches to seat height 36 seat back height Cash and carry please
