About the Item For sale is a premium, custom-made mahogany storage armoire built circa 2000 featuring ribbon mahogany. This is a heavy statement unit featuring deep-relief wood carvings that draw structural inspiration from traditional 18th-century French Rococo and Thomas Chippendale designs. • Grand openwork pediment bonnet top detailed with a central shell motif, deep-relief C-scrolls, and acanthus foliage carvings • Select ribbon-stripe mahogany timbers showcasing a prominent original grain pattern under a clear finish • Double doors constructed with thick architectural moldings framing matched solid wood panels, accented by brass hardware • Out-curved bombe lower chest profile supported by cabriole legs ending in carved scroll feet • Upper double doors are engineered with pocket tracks to slide straight back inside the outer frame to save floor space • Pre-drilled holes in the rear panel for power cords to accommodate a dry bar, coffee station, wardrobe, or media center • Lower section features 3 functional drawers configured as 2 side-by-side upper drawers and 1 full-width lower drawer • Measures approximately 84 inches in height by 56 inches in width by 30 inches in depth • Separates into three distinct sections (bonnet, upper cabinet, and lower drawer base) for easier transport Condition The armoire is in used condition. The frame is entirely rigid and sturdy. Pocket door track assemblies, hinges, and drawer glides function well. The right door mechanism needs a small lift at the very end to close completely. The pre-owned wood finish is clean with a radiant luster. The surface displays minor nicks, surface scuff marks, and light imperfections as may be expected with a vintage piece of this age. Maintained in a smoke-free and climate-controlled home environment. Terms • Sold strictly AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with all faults. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. • Final purchase relies solely on your in-person assessment. Taking delivery constitutes complete, irreversible acceptance of condition. • Buyer must bring an appropriate vehicle, moving blankets, tie-downs, and adequate lifting assistance to load the item. • Seller will not assist with lifting, loading, or securing. Buyer assumes 100% risk and liability for any damage to the item, home property, or any physical injuries sustained during moving. • Strict Cash-in-hand only at time of pickup following your personal inspection. • No electronic deposits, digital verification codes, or third-party couriers. The buyer must be physically present to complete the cash transaction.

This custom solid cherry dresser really is exquisite. The design is called Bobbin. This is antique and is as solid as any dresser could be made. The wood is 3/4 thick. The drawers are dove-tailed, of course. And the drawers are super clean. The second drawer down is partitioned. This dresser has been refinished. This also has the nice glass topper that is not in the picture. 24.4 deep x 47t and 39 wide. We are in Sanford and will deliver for a fee. We do not take up stairs. Usually, we deliver to the front porch or garage. If you pick up, we will gladly help load. Cash only please.
