This vintage 6-Piece Solid Wood French Provincial Bedroom Set is absolutely beautiful and comes with several awesome extras! It is in excellent condition and dates back to the late 1960s (maybe older) when craftsmen took pride in their work! NYC pickup only! We are located in Kensington, Brooklyn. This high-quality set includes two dressers, mirror, headboard & footboard and two matching nightstands, all made from solid wood in a classy style rarely scene today. Color is cream with delicate gold accented scroll work. The set features a combined 22 drawers (!) , more than perfect for any couple. You wont believe all the storage!!! French provincial bedroom furniture blends rustic, country warmth with the graceful, refined curves of 18th-century royal French design. Originally created by rural craftsmen in provinces like Normandy and Provence as simpler, sturdier versions of Parisian Versailles styles, the look is both cozy and elegant. Graceful Silhouettes: Pieces feature sweeping curves, scalloped edges, and gentle arches rather than sharp, rigid corners. Cabriole Legs: Signature S-shaped legs curve outward and taper down to bold feet. Classic Materials: Built from solid, durable local timbers, most likely oak. This is what this authentic set includes: * One long horizontal dresser with 8 huge and roomy drawers and an ornate wood mirror attached to the back. Measures approximately 76 (length) x 35 (height) x 22 (depth). Attached mirror measures approximately 66 (length) x 60 (height). *One 2-section vertical dresser with 6 large drawers. Top piece has two doors that open at the middle. This piece measures approximately 55 (height) x 43.5 (length) x 20 (depth). * Two matching end tables with doors that open into a deep storage area and a roomy bottom drawer. Measures approximately 24 (length) x 26 (height) x 24 (depth). *Ornate Queen-size carved wood headboard and footboard that attaches to metal bedframe. Headboard measures approximately 57 (length) x 43 (height). FREE BONUS PIECES! Purchaser will also receive at NO extra cost: * Queen-size mattress with metal bedframe and box spring. MATTRESS IS LIKE-NEW!!! (Sheets and beautiful bedspread available at a nominal price!) *Delightful wood tapestry vanity seat. Delightful piece! Made in the United States in the 1960s, this set is a timeless addition to any home. They dont make sets like this anymore! Act fast!
