I am selling my dining set because I am relocating to a new apartment that doesn't have enough space for it. I have really enjoyed this set, and it is still in great condition. It features a well-maintained 44-inch round table that is two years old, along with four comfortable bar-height swivel stools. Everything is in excellent shape. Please be aware that I only accept cash payments. Regards, Yolanda.

Yes! We still have the couch, next question. It’s very heavy and you may want to arrange to have help loading it. I will delete the ad within an hour of it being sold. We asked Alta Pest Control to treat for mice, where we were going to have to store things in the garage. The tech told me he would not put the traps in the garage because that would draw mice IN to the garage. I believed him and I uncovered the sofa a couple days before a buyer who was going to pay $150 for it, was coming. No damage was on it when I uncovered it. If you want to have it reupholstered (KAD in Georgetown on Williams Dr. is great) or just put a cover over it, this is so comfortable. A mouse chewed several holes around the center console - see photos. We put a trap in the garage and caught the mouse. From a non-smoking home. 2-recliner sofa. Two Drink and remote holders in center console. Very comfortable and lays back to your comfort level. There are some small existing holes in the back, new holes caused by mice by the center arm rest (see pix 5 & 6 - they are of the same spot) and one on the left side as you are facing it. If that arm is against a wall, no one would see it. Color looks like photo 1 in front of brick wall. It’s 7’ wide x 33” x 36” tall at highest point. Delivery fee to your curb is based on distance and time round trip at $35/hr. No cashiers cheques or shipping agents. PayPal , Venmo or cash is acceptable. NOTE: Listing will be deleted once item is sold. Most inquiries as to whether it is still available turn out to be spammers so Im now ignoring those. Pretend you asked if its available, I said, yes and then ask your question. Dont ask me to write you at a personal email address. The craigslist method works just fine.

This is an AMAZING one-of-a-kind, custom-built sofa, which was specifically created to stage a 5-million dollar home, to help get the house sold fast. The fabric alone cost over $65 per yard, and the entire sofa cost over $10,200 to have made. The original plan was to sell it with the house, but the new owners already have their own sectional sofa that they plan to use instead. Since this sofa was only used to stage a home, it is basically like new. There was never any pets or smoke around it. It was never eaten on. So youd basically be getting a $10,000 large sectional sofa for less than a quarter of its real value. It was built in the U.S. from solid wood construction and the back and seat pillows are reversible and can be removed for cleaning, if the need ever arises. I also have many yards of extra fabric that matches this sofa for sale separately, if you wish to make more pillows out of it, or recover other furniture pieces in your home to match this sofa. The fabric retails for $65 per yard and I will add in however many yards you want for just $10 per yard. The upholstery fabric is soft and comfortable, but strong enough to handle a lot of wear and tear. It is done in a crocodile embossed beautiful coppery-bronze color. Because the fabric has a lot of texture and highs & lows in the color, it never shows any dirt or stains. You can literally spill soy sauce on this and blot it up and there will be no stain seen. It is the BEST fabric. All of the pillows are filled with tightly wrapped industrial foam so they hold their shape well and bounce right back to their firmness after being sat on for hours & hours. Each pillow has a zipper so you can remove the outer fabric for spot-treating or easy replacement if you get a bad stain or tear at any time down the road. The size of this sofa gives PLENTY of room for stretching out, and it is very comfortable for sitting. Easily holds 6-8 people on it. Great for parties. The shorter side easily unscrews from the longer, back side - for easy transport. This is a left-facing, 2 piece, L-sofa. Basic Measurements (but see the map of it in the last photo for more details): Length of longer back side: 163 Length of shorter, left side (when facing it from the front): 106 Seat Depth: 20 with pillows on / 27 with back pillows off Total Height of the back 30 / Total Depth 29 from wall behind it Seat Height: 19 from the ground Back Pillows Measure: 18 Tall / 32 wide / Approx 7 thick 2 matching throw pillows included Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to set up a viewing appointment if you are interested. I can even offer you a lay-away plan where you can divide the payments into 3 installments and pay it off over the course of 3 months, if needed. You are welcome to come pick it up as soon as the entire amount is paid off. I may even be able to arrange delivery to you for $100 (as long as there are no stairs to get it to where you want it to go). NOTE: The solid iron & glass large rectangle coffee table that you also see in the photos is also available separately for $1495 The rug is available too. Needs cleaning so we’re blowing this $7000 rug out at just $499. Measures 5.5 feet X 9 feet.

Two vintage folding mid-century modern 50s 60s Samsonite metal chairs MCM Two folding chairs in that classic kind of tan bronze paint color of this type. Pretty cool design. Original fabric on the seats in a kind of cool textured pattern. Good shape overall. Samsonite chairs are rated to hold over 300 lbs typically and are pretty sturdy and well made. But not too heavy. Excellent for folding away for a small space, cabin, garage, or when you have company. Overall condition is good, but not sure whats going on but it looks like the bottom of one maybe was next to a heater or something and got a little scorched and it may have melted the padding a little bit. It doesnt have quite the same padding and the cover seems a little stained. Its all right as is but I would be tempted to remove the cover, hand wash it, and put in a new piece of foam if I wanted to improve it a little bit. But I dont think its really necessary. Up to you. See pictures for measurements. Let me know if you have any questions. Available in Northeast Seattle. Delivery could be possible around Seattle for free or a reasonable charge.
