If youre a Broyhill Brasilia fan, you realize how rare this particular piece is - the 72 oval walnut sofa/dining table - aka the Harvest table. In all of my years of restoring Brasilia furniture, this is the only one Ive come across so its as rare as it is beautiful! Official Broyhill Brasilia product number 6140-46 (stamped on bottom), quite versatile as it could be used as a sofa/side or dining table. Circa 1960s, Ive refinished many Broyhill tables over the years and this one came out absolutely stunning - the walnut tabletop is now in fantastic condition. OVERALL CONDITION: Recently completely restored and given a new protective finish to both protect this beauty for the next 30+ years and give it a lovely, period-correct satin sheen. Tabletop walnut woodgrain/condition is quite lovely, hopefully the photos do it proper justice as I took pics in different lighting to showcase its pristine condition. As with all vintage furniture, there are some small very signs of wear/patina throughout that I have already addressed/blended...this one presents beautifully overall though. DIMENSIONS: 72 long x 46 wide x 30 high (24 wide with leaves dropped) VIEWINGS/APPOINTMENTS: In-person viewings are available by appointment and always the best way to preview things so you know exactly what youre getting. I could assist with delivery within a reasonable distance of the greater Seattle area for a nominal fee, well figure something out if you need. If this posting is up its still available. No holds, no returns...all sales final. Very midcentury, MCM, retro, broyhill, brasilia, modern, walnut, mid-century, atomic, vintage.

For restoration. This is an antique Renaissance Revival (or Jacobean Revival) armchair, most likely produced between the late 19th century and the early 20th century (circa 1880–1920). While it mimics the dramatic, heavy furniture of the 17th century (the William & Mary or Charles II periods), its construction methods, exact symmetry, and factory paper tag indicate it is a high-quality historical reproduction from the Victorian or Edwardian eras. Key Design and Historical ElementsBarley Twist (Spiral) Turnings: The prominent spiral-turned uprights on the back, the arms, and the lower stretchers are classic features of late-17th-century European design. This style re-emerged with immense popularity during the 19th-century Victorian Gothic and Renaissance Revival movements.Cherub and Shield Carvings: The top crest rail and the bottom front stretcher both feature hand-carved cherubs (putti) flanking a central heraldic motif or shield. This specific cherubs supporting a crown/shield motif historically celebrated the restoration of the British monarchy in 1660 but was heavily emulated by 19th-century craftsmen.
