I am selling my dining set because I am relocating to a new apartment that doesn't have enough space for it. I have really enjoyed this set, and it is still in great condition. It features a well-maintained 44-inch round table that is two years old, along with four comfortable bar-height swivel stools. Everything is in excellent shape. Please be aware that I only accept cash payments. Regards, Yolanda.

Original owner of this Duxiana 8008 mattress and box spring set (also called The Dux 80). This is the model that has the adjustable lumbar cranks in the foundation/box spring, the modular and adjustable Pascal top springs (ie each side can be customized among soft, medium and firm for head, middle torso, and legs), latex top pad, etc. People who are familiar with Duxiana are aware that it’s a Swedish company with tremendous, deep history. It is known for its stout, comfortable, well made beds and is one of the highest-end mattress brands in Europe. I purchased this bed from the Duxiana store in San Rafael and used for the past 5 years primarily in a guest room which was replaced with a sofa/sleeper. It’s in perfect condition with no stains, sags, tears, etc. I’m selling because I moved from a traditional King to a Cal King. Serious buyers and inquiries only.

Yes! We still have the couch, next question. It’s very heavy and you may want to arrange to have help loading it. I will delete the ad within an hour of it being sold. We asked Alta Pest Control to treat for mice, where we were going to have to store things in the garage. The tech told me he would not put the traps in the garage because that would draw mice IN to the garage. I believed him and I uncovered the sofa a couple days before a buyer who was going to pay $150 for it, was coming. No damage was on it when I uncovered it. If you want to have it reupholstered (KAD in Georgetown on Williams Dr. is great) or just put a cover over it, this is so comfortable. A mouse chewed several holes around the center console - see photos. We put a trap in the garage and caught the mouse. From a non-smoking home. 2-recliner sofa. Two Drink and remote holders in center console. Very comfortable and lays back to your comfort level. There are some small existing holes in the back, new holes caused by mice by the center arm rest (see pix 5 & 6 - they are of the same spot) and one on the left side as you are facing it. If that arm is against a wall, no one would see it. Color looks like photo 1 in front of brick wall. It’s 7’ wide x 33” x 36” tall at highest point. Delivery fee to your curb is based on distance and time round trip at $35/hr. No cashiers cheques or shipping agents. PayPal , Venmo or cash is acceptable. NOTE: Listing will be deleted once item is sold. Most inquiries as to whether it is still available turn out to be spammers so Im now ignoring those. Pretend you asked if its available, I said, yes and then ask your question. Dont ask me to write you at a personal email address. The craigslist method works just fine.
