In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course. Experience: One year of acute nursing experience required. Licensure/Certification/Registration: - Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. - Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association required. What Youll Do: Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care in the Emergency Department. Provide timely nursing interventions for patients experiencing urgent and emergent conditions. Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments according to individualized plans of care. Collaborate with physicians, providers and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to assess, treat and stabilize patients.
