This is a statement piece Burl wood 2 pedestal Extension XXL Dining Room Table or fabulous conference table in a plush office plus protective pad covers. H 8 of the table from the floor to the table top is approx 30.25. this is for the table and leaves only. There are chairs available at extra cost, if you like them. this can be extended to 130 long This dining room or conference table is absolutely gorgeous in my opinion. Theres minimal few little scratches that can easily be touched up in my opinion, its been in storage for a very long time, and its time its appreciated in a new home or fancy office that can accommodate such a huge table and chair situation. This has 2 leaves that are 20 each that can be added to the table. the table without the leaves measures approx 48.25 w x 90.5 long, and when you add either leaf, it adds 20 per leaf to that length so a total length possible is 130. there is 2 black boards that fit into a slot if you want to have the leaves in it that is included and shows in the few photos where the table is open to accommodate the leaves.. Those 2 black boards hold the leaves up and each leaf fits into the table and each other, but you need the long boards shown in some of the photos if you use the leaves. I had hoped to use it in my dining room, but its just way too big for my house, so its been in storage for a long time, and it needs a new home to love it. The burl seems to be in good condition in my opinion and has a lovely shine of polished wood, but on the base there is a little evidence of a bit of light peeling that is only visible in the bright light. Its not bad in my opinion, but it would be up to you how you feel about it, but I think its typical for Burl to do that as it ages. I love this table. I have shown it with some upholstered chairs that I have 12 of that Id sell under separate posting and 2 of the Chippendale wood arm chairs, they all have matching stain prevention treated fabric. I think the wood is burl walnut, but I am no expert on this. I hope to get the chairs posted soon. I have no experience in shipping furniture, so this is free pick up only in Santa Barbara, CA. I block and report all fraudsters to the local fraud division of Police department. 805-252-4535. CASH. Please call or text between 8 AM to 9 PM California time.
