I am selling my dining set because I am relocating to a new apartment that doesn't have enough space for it. I have really enjoyed this set, and it is still in great condition. It features a well-maintained 44-inch round table that is two years old, along with four comfortable bar-height swivel stools. Everything is in excellent shape. Please be aware that I only accept cash payments. Regards, Yolanda.

I have 3 different types of high quality area rugs for sale. All of these were bought to stage my home I sold. All of these were bought off of Amazon. These are all pretty much brand new, and Im selling them for less than half of what I paid for them. All I did was open them, lay them on the floor for a short time to stage my house. Then rolled them up after if was sold, and stored them in plastic. My current house is 1/5 the size of my last house and I have no room for these or any place to keep them now unfortunately. 96 x 76 - The first are very large living room area rugs (I have two of these). They are a deep rich chocolate color. Very beautiful. Thick, and very heavy duty. They are 45 pounds each! They look and feel very classy and high end. This is the best color in my opinion. These actually feel quite soft too, not stiff and hard like many cheaper Jute rugs. Im selling these for only $140 each. I have two of these Im selling. *edit* one is sold, but I still have one left for sale. This color has been sold out of Amazon for a long time. Recently they came back in stock. I dont know what is going on with Amazon, normally these sell for $300 each, but currently Amazon itself is selling these for $521! Not from a 3rd party, actually from Amazon the company itself. I suspect they will eventually settle down at a lower price, but either way youre getting a steal of a price from me. These are mint basically brand new condition. 6 x 9 - I have two of these for sale. This second type is a beautiful shag carpet. These are mostly black (black with some charcoal grey in them). SAFAVIEH Milan Shag Collection Area Rug. The Milan collection is their top quality style and collection. Much better than the California or other series. Its thicker and denser, better quality material. The shag on these is very long and dense. Yes they cost more than others. But worth it if you want the best. I have two of these for sale. I paid $260 each for these. Currently this color is out of stock. But the other colors sell for $241 in the Milan collection, Ive included a photo of the other color and price. Im selling these for only $109 each. They are mint basically brand new condition. 2.6 x 8 - I have 3 of these area rug runners. They are very nice quality. Natural color. Currently they are selling for $127 each on Amazon. You can buy cheaper ones, but they arent as thick and those thin ones tend to curl up at the ends, and are very rough and cheap feeling. These are thicker and higher quality, softer feeling. These do not tend to shed or leave dust either.Im selling these for only $50 each. Also mint like new condition. All prices are firm. I dont want to take any more of a loss on these. They are all pretty much brand new and less than half price of what youd pay if you bought them right now.

The No. 763 Bentwood Chair was first shown in Michael Thonets 1928 Catalog. Since then, it has been widely used in residential and contract applications. In the 1840s, Michael Thonet began experimenting with furniture made by bending wood steamed into a soft and pliable state. Over the next 20 years, Michael Thonet and his sons developed the processes and machines that would allow them to build bentwood furniture in unprecedented quantities. In this period, he developed what has become thought of as the traditional Michael Thonet-designed bentwood chair: one featuring a backrest and back legs made from a single piece, a rounded cane or laminated seat, and front legs. To reduce the number of pieces used in building chairs, he had to connect the main elements on different planes. This could only be achieved by bending the beechwood.
