This is a beautiful, oriental rug, which features a richly intricate and detailed, design. It is called a MALAYER-SAROUK design. This oriental rug was hand-knotted, in Iran, in the 1930s, so it is about 80-90 years old, and it is in excellent condition. This rug has a rich and elegant look featuring floral and geometric elements including six larger slightly oval floral medallions in ivory, forest and brick red. It gives this beautiful rug a unique and impactful look. This MALAYER-SAROUK features design detail you wont find in newer, less labor intensive pieces. (The pictures show just how beautiful and unique this impressive rug is.) The exact size is 8.8x4.4 These antique hand knotted, rugs are highly prized and sought after, and in high demand, because of their beauty and artistic design. But, they are also in limited supply since not that many were originally produced. So they have become increasingly expensive and difficult to get. This is a special rug and will be exceptional wherever you decide to use it. (We used it to stage an upper bracket house that has now sold. We take the rugs back after the staging and sell them for a portion of their cost to lower the initial staging fee.) This MALAYER-SAROUK rug will work with many different decor types, including traditional, contemporary, transitional, or even modern. We used this rug to stage the office in a large city lakes home that has now sold, and it really enhanced the room. It is a special piece that will really enrich your home. Two Waterboss model 700 Compact Water Softeners for sale, $300 (FIRM) each. These sell for $600+ each right now in stores including tax (check for yourself online). As you can see in the pictures, I NEVER opened the boxes, still factory sealed. I purchased these two units for a few projects (installing in a few RV’s) that I am no longer pursuing at this time. They have been sitting in my mini storage occupying space and need to finally go. I can give you a copy of my original receipt (purchased from ace hardware in November 2024) which you can use for the balance of the warranty. They come with a 10 year warranty on the tank and outer shell and 5 year warranty on parts including electronics. This means these still have 3 and 8 years left on the warranties. The reason I chose to buy the WaterBoss brand as well as this particular model is: 1) Compact size- these measure only 15” wide x 19” deep x 25.5” high, yet they are still powerful and fully programmable, automated units. They can even be installed in tiny homes, rv’s, condos, etc. where space is limited. 2) Made in USA - very high quality and if you call support you are actually talking to someone from this country that can help you. 3) Great reviews online - go to ace hardware, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Amazon, Google, etc you will see reviews from people that have owned these for 15+ years completely satisfied with their units and the customer service from the company. 4) Work great for my home size and water conditions (families of 2 to 4 and the hard water of Reno/Sparks Nevada -particularly well water with high amounts of iron) 5) Easy to setup- lots of YouTube videos, including from the manufacture which gives you step by step instructions If you have ever stayed in a hotel before you know how amazing soft water is on your skin. Also, if you’ve ever owned one you know about how much less mineral scale deposits you get in your kitchen / bathroom, how much better your laundry and dishwashing turns out as well as making your appliances last longer and reverse osmosis systems go way longer in between filter changes. Save a few hundred dollars and get a brand new high quality water softener with many years of warranty left!
