I am selling my dining set because I am relocating to a new apartment that doesn't have enough space for it. I have really enjoyed this set, and it is still in great condition. It features a well-maintained 44-inch round table that is two years old, along with four comfortable bar-height swivel stools. Everything is in excellent shape. Please be aware that I only accept cash payments. Regards, Yolanda.

This is a beautiful, oriental rug, which features a richly intricate and detailed, design. It is called a MALAYER-SAROUK design. This oriental rug was hand-knotted, in Iran, in the 1930s, so it is about 80-90 years old, and it is in excellent condition. This rug has a rich and elegant look featuring floral and geometric elements including six larger slightly oval floral medallions in ivory, forest and brick red. It gives this beautiful rug a unique and impactful look. This MALAYER-SAROUK features design detail you wont find in newer, less labor intensive pieces. (The pictures show just how beautiful and unique this impressive rug is.) The exact size is 8.8x4.4 These antique hand knotted, rugs are highly prized and sought after, and in high demand, because of their beauty and artistic design. But, they are also in limited supply since not that many were originally produced. So they have become increasingly expensive and difficult to get. This is a special rug and will be exceptional wherever you decide to use it. (We used it to stage an upper bracket house that has now sold. We take the rugs back after the staging and sell them for a portion of their cost to lower the initial staging fee.) This MALAYER-SAROUK rug will work with many different decor types, including traditional, contemporary, transitional, or even modern. We used this rug to stage the office in a large city lakes home that has now sold, and it really enhanced the room. It is a special piece that will really enrich your home. At retail this rug would sell for about $2500, but just $775 here since the staging paid for the bulk of the cost. We accept Cash, & VENMO. Email me to view it. Thanks!

I have for sale an original genuine TempurPedic Matters Cal King having 7 pounds per square inch memory cell density as well as an aeration vents inside the mattress for a better breathing. I have purchased it fairly recently, and it is in excellent condition as the photos showed too, besides that the matters does NOT show any sagging at all as it can be seen too, stains or any spots whatsoever, due to being triple covered with anti perspirations dual-covers besides the TempurPedic specific exterior cover too, that also comes with the mattress, avoiding the surface being stained and/or the entire mattress all over to a maximum protection, therefore preventing any sweat or spills, as the photos showed a clean and free of stains overall surface. Besides that, the mattress have a protective cover (blue) for transportation while being easy to handle and transport to any places as the blue rugged cover it is showing too. I would like to sell it at this point in time due to moving out of the area. Please disregard ANY items besides the mattress, showed in these photos, since these are NOT included in this sale. Also, please don’t associate all the TempurPedic mattresses as being the same, because these are NOT, in which case this mattress here is having a 7 pound per share inch memory foam density, supporting you “body” more equal and better and without sagging, which was the highest available as far as I recall at the time of the purchase, and which makes it a big difference in price too. This genuine TempurPedic Cal King mattress was a high quality and obviously more expensive too since it has a 7 pounds per square inch density as stated above. Please disregard also any dust or reflections near or appearing in these attached photos, due to photos being taken occasionally and might not be at a professional level of displays, as well as any reflection or lights that might appear brighter, or distorted, etc. Important: Method of payment: CASH, PayPal, Venmo. No other form of payments would be accepted, so please DO NOT try it, since there is NOT negotiable term while paying for it. Just to be clear, NO checks, NO cashier checks, NO bank transfer. NO trades with other items either or anything else. I dealt with dishonest people in the past and therefore I am not willing to go back and forth, “you” get my point. This is a straight sell. Please keep in mind that these are used items, so the buyer will buy it “as it is”.. PLEASE ask ANY questions before committing to buy, since this sell it is final, therefore I don’t like to go back and forth, with all due respect. This Original TempurPedic mattress is located in Oroville, CA area. Please bring your own transportation equipment in order to accommodate such purchase transaction, so please keep that in mind. Serious offers only! Thanks for watching my item!
