FIRST $100 TAKES IT HOME. PERIOD! LOCAL CASH SALE ONLY. NO DELIVERY! UNIT IS 15 MINUTES FROM THE PALM SPRINGS AIRPORT NO TRADES, SHIPPING OR OTHER CL BS. IF ITS POSTED, ITS FOR SALE. CHAT SAYS: Around $160–$220 for a private/local sale in good working condition (realistic asking price ~$180–$200). Key details from the label Model: RAC-WK0812ESCWRU (Toshiba 8,000 BTU Smart Wi-Fi window air conditioner) Capacity: 8,000 BTU (suitable for ~250–350 sq ft) Features: ENERGY STAR (SEER 11.4), Wi-Fi/app control, Alexa/Google compatibility, touch controls + remote, R32 refrigerant Manufactured: March 2022 (about 4.5 years old as of late 2026) Power: 115V, standard household outlet Pricing context: New retail: This model (and close variants) typically sold for around $279 at places like Home Depot. Current similar Toshiba 8,000 BTU smart window units are in the $250–$320 range. Used/open-box/refurbished market: Comparable Toshiba 8k BTU smart units: open-box or lightly used often listed $210–$260 on eBay; one similar used example around $190 on OfferUp. Certified refurbished versions commonly $200–$225. Broader 8,000 BTU window ACs (various brands) on Facebook Marketplace/OfferUp commonly sell in the $100–$200 range depending on condition, age, and smart features. Factors that affect the value of your unit Positive: “Nearly new” claim + smart Wi-Fi features help it hold value better than basic non-smart units. Presence of the remote, mounting kit/side panels, and clean cosmetics push it toward the higher end of the range. Negative: Age (2022 manufacture), normal depreciation on window ACs, and the fact that many comparable used units trade in the mid-$100s. Condition is critical—excellent working order with no major dents, mold, or missing parts supports $180–$220. Heavy wear, missing remote/kit, or issues drop it toward $120–$160 (or lower for dealer/pawn). Bottom line: List it locally (Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist) for $190–$200 and be ready to negotiate into the $160–$180 range for a quick sale if it’s truly in near-new condition. That’s a fair private-party value relative to both new pricing and current used comps. CALL FRED: NOON - 5PM DAILY. TEXT OR EMAIL ANYTIME--NO CHATS! 100 DEGREE DAYS ARENT OVER YET!!!
