I have a new outdoor fireplace for sale. It is propane fueled. Propane tank is not included. I’ll leave the tank on so the buyer can see it working. I’m pretty firm but would negotiate a little. Buyer must pick up. I am selling because I prefer a real fire with the smell s and sounds of wood. I prefer text for fastest reply. Email is ok. Phone calls only if arranged ahead of time. I don’t answer calls from unknown persons.
