# 🌴 **Vintage Rattan Bar Stool w/ Floral Upholstery – 41” Tall – Tropical Coastal Style** A beautifully crafted rattan bar stool featuring a sculptural fan‑back design and a vibrant floral upholstered seat. Perfect for coastal, tropical, or vintage‑eclectic interiors — and absolutely ideal for Southwest Florida homes. --- ### 🌴 **About the Item** This is a **single vintage rattan bar stool** with a curved fan‑back silhouette, woven leaf‑pattern accents, and a sturdy ring‑base footrest. The seat features **floral‑pattern upholstery** in warm reds, greens, and creams — a classic tropical palette that pairs naturally with rattan furniture. The design is airy, coastal, and inviting. It works beautifully in: - A kitchen island or breakfast bar - A lanai bar setup - A coastal cottage dining nook - A tropical‑themed Airbnb or rental - A vanity or tall desk where a decorative stool adds personality The craftsmanship is consistent with **late‑20th‑century Southeast Asian rattan production**, most likely **Indonesia or the Philippines**, where this style was widely exported. --- ### ✔️ **Condition** **Great condition.** Frame is solid, joints tight, finish shows normal light oxidation/patina expected of vintage rattan. Upholstery is clean and vibrant. Refer to photos for details. --- ### 🎨 **Color** See photos — natural rattan frame with red floral upholstery. --- ### 📏 **Approx. Measurements** - **21 wide** - **22 deep** - **41 tall** - **30 seat height** - **18 between armrests** --- ### 🌎 **Country of Origin** Most likely **Indonesia**, based on construction style, rattan type, and fan‑back pattern typical of Indonesian export furniture from the 1980s–1990s. --- ### 🏝️ **Who Would Buy This (Strong SWFL Demand)** Highly desirable in Southwest Florida for: - Coastal homeowners furnishing lanais, sunrooms, and kitchen bars - Seasonal residents wanting tropical, easy‑living décor - Interior designers staging coastal rentals - Vintage rattan collectors - Airbnb hosts seeking durable, stylish seating Rattan + floral upholstery is a **top‑performing category** in SWFL because it blends tropical charm with practical durability. --- ### ❤️ **Why We Like It** - Sculptural **fan‑back leaf pattern** - Warm, tropical floral seat - Lightweight, durable rattan — perfect for Florida’s climate - A single statement stool that fits anywhere - Authentic vintage patina buyers love --- ### 💰 **If You Bought Comparable New Today** A new rattan bar stool with decorative back + upholstered seat typically retails: - **$225–$395** (Wayfair, Serena & Lily‑style, boutique coastal brands) --- ### 💵 **Price and Pickup** - **Price:** $80.00 - **Pickup:** ~1 mile from SR776 & Dearborn St., Englewood, FL - **Seller:** Private SWFL owner - **Availability:** Ready for local pickup my notes: 260825004

Live Edge Console Table with Acacia Slab Top and Apollo Steel Base 🌿 Organic Modern Craftsmanship Beautiful live edge console table made from a solid acacia wood slab with warm grain, natural movement, and a smooth, well‑kept finish. The top has rich tonal variation and an elegant, organic profile. 🛠️ Architectural Steel Base The matte black steel legs are stamped APOLLO and feature fully welded joints plus an inset support bracket for excellent stability. The crossed form gives the piece a sculptural, contemporary presence. The table is in excellent condition with no notable scratches or finish wear. The “Apollo” mark appears to reference the metal fabricator rather than a mass‑market brand, suggesting small‑studio or artisan production. Comparable live edge consoles with welded steel bases typically list between $495–$795 depending on wood species and craftsmanship. Measurements: 47-1/8 W × 14 D × 30 H Slab Thickness: 1-1/2 A versatile, handcrafted piece ideal for entryways, hallways, behind a sofa, or any space that benefits from a natural‑meets‑industrial statement piece. Perfect for coastal, loft, and modern rustic interiors. Price is $350.00 Set-up appointment if you want to see it. Location is approximately 1 mile from SR776 and Dearborn St in Englewood.
