I am selling my dining set because I am relocating to a new apartment that doesn't have enough space for it. I have really enjoyed this set, and it is still in great condition. It features a well-maintained 44-inch round table that is two years old, along with four comfortable bar-height swivel stools. Everything is in excellent shape. Please be aware that I only accept cash payments. Regards, Yolanda.

Magnificent, Fine Rare Zelle-Sultan Design Silk Blend Persian-Pak Kashan Rug. Brand New, Never Used. Smoke Free and Pet Free Home. Size 14 feet 2 inches X 10 feet 1 inch. Estimated at $5,800 - $8,800. Will let go for for $3600. 100% Natural, vegetable dye, hand woven, pure silk, finest baby lambs wool pile on cotton foundation. This is a strikingly lustrous all-over Zelle-Sultan floral design over a beige color background. The expression all-over is referred to rugs with a pattern spread out through out the rug, where the design repeat itself over and over again. The advantage is that furniture can be placed anywhere on the rug without interrupting the pattern. The crisp and well defined curve-linear design is a testament to the fine weave and the artistic workmanship. Where a typical rug is limited to a range of twelve and sixteen colors, this beautiful piece features more than thirty eight different colors, creating an exquisite tapestry of colors that is feast for the eyes. This lovely piece is masterfully hand woven, knot by knot, and has over 180 knots per square inch and it is very well packed. It takes over four years to weave this beauty and bring it to the market. This breathtaking royal Kashan has a rare Zelle-Sultan pattern that is hard to come across in the market place. The western style bouquet design became part of Persian rugs designs with its dominant all over floral pattern due to the baroque era commercial and cultural exchanges between Europe and Persia in the 17th century. This is a beautiful example of Zelle-Sultan royal Kashan. Size 14 feet 2 inches X 10 feet 1 inch. Country of origin: Pakistan. Very heavy PLEASE CALL RATHER THAN EMAIL ME. Emails will NOT be answered. Cash Only. Serious inquiries only.
