This believed to be antique Chinese porcelain lidded box features classic blue and white hand-painted decoration with a fruit and floral motif, encircling a central medallion. The box is mounted with bronze or brass toned fittings that frame both the lid and base in a repeating scallop pattern, lending it a refined, decorative edge. The porcelain surface displays prominent crackle glaze consistent with age. The base shows signs of wear and kiln residue, suggesting late Qing dynasty origin, likely 19th to early 20th century. Compact and elegantly domed, this box may have originally been used for cosmetics, incense, or other small valuables.A fine collectors piece that combines aesthetic charm with historic craftsmanship.Good antique condition with wear and patina consistent with age. No visible cracks or major chips. Please refer to photos for details. Vintage condition as pictured. Listing is for described items only. Dimensions approximately: 3.5D, 1.25Hj Box S11

Mid-Century Modern Walnut & Rosewood Night Stand by Bassett, c.1960’s Condition: Expertly Refinished With over 15 years of experience, our workshop has followed a careful process of restoration, showcasing our passion and creativity for vintage designs that can seamlessly be incorporated with many interior decors. Enjoy! 😁 Price $895 Dimensions: 23.25”H x 24”W x 16”D This Mid-Century Modern nightstand by Bassett Furniture showcases a refined combination of warm walnut and richly contrasting rosewood, creating a striking yet understated two-tone composition. The streamlined case features two spacious drawers, with the sculptural rosewood accent between them cleverly functioning as an integrated pull while adding depth and visual interest to the façade. Beautiful walnut grain flows across the drawer fronts and casework, complemented by the darker, dramatically figured rosewood detail. Slender tapered legs elevate the cabinet and give the piece the light, architectural profile characteristic of American modern furniture of the 1960s. Expertly refinished, the nightstand has been carefully restored to highlight the natural character, color, and grain of its contrasting woods while preserving its vintage integrity. Fun Historical Fact Bassett Furniture was founded in Virginia in 1902 and grew from a regional woodworking operation into one of Americas major furniture manufacturers. During the postwar decades, companies like Bassett increasingly embraced modernist design as American households sought cleaner lines and more contemporary interiors. Walnut became particularly associated with American Mid-Century Modern furniture, while contrasting exotic woods such as rosewood were sometimes incorporated to give otherwise restrained designs a luxurious visual accent. This nightstand reflects that period beautifully, combining mass-produced American craftsmanship with the sophisticated material contrasts that helped define higher-style furniture of the 1960s. Pair of Hollywood Regency Sculptural Brass & Glass Side Tables, c.1970’s Condition: Original Vintage Condition Price $1,450 pair Dimensions: 23”H x 26”W x 26”D This striking pair of Hollywood Regency side tables showcases a sculptural brass framework paired with original glass tops, creating an elegant balance of glamour and transparency. Each table is supported by four dramatically curved brass legs with graceful, elongated profiles that lend the design an almost jewelry-like presence. Twisted brass stretchers connect the corners of the frame, adding texture and architectural detail while reinforcing the luxurious character of the composition. The original glass tops appear to float above the brass bases, allowing the intricate construction and warm golden tones to remain fully visible from every angle. Presented in original vintage condition, the tables retain the natural patina and subtle signs of age that speak to their authenticity and 1970s character. Fun Historical Fact Hollywood Regency design originated in the glamorous interiors associated with Hollywood’s Golden Age and remained influential well into the 1970s. The style was known for combining classical forms with luxurious materials such as brass, glass, lacquer, velvet, and mirrored surfaces. During the 1970s, brass furniture enjoyed a major resurgence as designers embraced highly polished metals and more theatrical, sculptural silhouettes. This pair captures that evolution beautifully, blending the elegance of traditional cabriole-inspired legs with the bold metallic glamour that defined later Hollywood Regency interiors.
