This is a two-year-old used pub table dining set that includes four bar-height swivel stools and is in excellent condition. I am selling it because I am moving to a new apartment that lacks sufficient space. Only cash payments are accepted. Best, Yolanda.

## **Wicker Loveseat and Chair Set – Pier 1 Imports Style** A clean, coordinated wicker seating pair with classic Pier 1 Imports styling. Warm neutral cushions and floral accent pillows give it that easy coastal look that fits right into Southwest Florida living. Great proportions, sturdy frames, and a timeless woven pattern make this an attractive indoor or outdoor seating upgrade. ### 🪑 **About the Set** This is a matching wicker loveseat and armchair, originally purchased from Pier 1 Imports. The cushions still carry the Pier 1 Imports tags, confirming the maker and retail origin. The design is classic Pier 1: tightly woven wicker, gently curved backrests, and a warm natural finish that works in sunrooms, lanais, patios, or casual living spaces. The loveseat includes two tan seat cushions and two decorative floral pillows. The chair includes a matching tan cushion. ### 📏 **Measurements** - **Loveseat:** 55 inches wide x 25 inches deep x 41 inches tall - **Chair:** 31 inches wide x 25 inches deep x 41 inches tall ### 🔍 **Condition** - Wicker frames are in **great condition** - One side of the chair shows **some stain loss** - Easy fix with a touch-up stain or full re-stain - Cushions are clean and present well - From a **clean, smoke free, pet free home** ### 🎯 **Demand and Relevance** Wicker and rattan continue to be strong sellers in SWFL due to coastal styling, lanai living, and the popularity of natural materials. Pier 1 Imports pieces have a loyal following because the brand is gone, making good-condition sets more desirable. This set is relevant for: - Lanai seating - Sunrooms - Vacation rentals - Coastal themed homes - Buyers looking for Pier 1 quality without retail pricing ### 👤 **Who Would Buy It / Where to Use It** - Snowbirds furnishing seasonal homes - Airbnb and VRBO hosts - Coastal decor lovers - Anyone wanting durable, lightweight seating for indoor or covered outdoor spaces ### ⭐ **Why We Like It** - Classic Pier 1 Imports look - Neutral cushions work with any decor - Lightweight and easy to move - Comfortable proportions - Matching set increases buyer appeal - Wicker is always in demand in SWFL ### 📍 **SWFL Seller** Located in **Englewood, Florida**.
