Italian Berkshire, in the “Truffle” color. Frame handcrafted of engineered hardwood with reinforced joinery and corner blocking and mortise-and-tenon construction. Hidden feet with glides to protect floors. Standard fill cushion features polyfiber wrapped around a polyurethane foam core This is used but in good condition. There is some wear and scuffs on the leather, but the style of leather is distressed, so doesn’t show up too much. There is a minor wobble due to one of the four feet/glides missing. This is easily replaceable through the Restoration Hardware website, where a pack of five is $15. Happy to provide the number to call to order as well. Retails new for $2300. Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks for looking!

Some tiny nicks on the legs but can use a paint pen to fix. Functionally comfortable, aesthetically cool—the Danish Armchair embodies everything we love about mid-century Scandinavian design. Its lacquered wood frame is marked by lightness and simplicity, with sleek lines and gentle curves to ensure ultimate comfort. The modern form finds elegant refinement in its smooth white finish. A linen drop-in cushion completes the chair, which can be styled as a statement-making standalone armchair, an accent piece floated in a living room, or together as a set around a dining table. 24.5W x 21.5D x 30.5H

A 12‑year‑old Sears Kenmore refrigerator in good working order typically sells for about $50–$200, with most units in this age range bringing $100–$150 depending on condition, model, and market demand unanswered.io+1. How this estimate is calculated • Depreciation model: Standard appliance depreciation is about 10–15% per year after the first year everycalculators.com. A 12‑year‑old unit will have lost roughly 70–80% of its original value, leaving 20–30% of the original price. • Brand & market: Kenmore (Sears) is a mid‑tier brand; it holds value better than budget brands but less than premium brands like Sub‑Zero • Condition: “Excellent” condition (no leaks, clean interior) can push the price toward the upper end; cosmetic flaws or repairs Example range by condition • Excellent condition, popular model: $150–$200 Asking $100
