Shaved Ice Stand – Turnkey Business

Selling one shaved ice/snow cone stand. Formerly operated by my late father as Northend Tropical Sno in the parking lot of Noonan’s True Value Hardware Store on North Grand Ave in Springfield. The building is portable and able to be towed anywhere, although there is an electrical setup in the former location ready to go. The building has two double sinks and doors and windows. It also has air conditioning, electrical setup, and a bottled water plumbing system, water heater and greywater tank. Linoleum floor and shelves inside. One ice shaver is for sale with the building. This ice shaver comes with an additional head and blades. Included with the shaver and stand will be the stock of approximately 100 bottles of flavored syrup. The building itself could use a paintjob and replace some of the paneling panels. Includes all remaining cups/stock and tools with the building.
