Im not able to do that work before the move, so its priced accordingly. Wide dresser has slight mar in finish on the top, about the size of a lentil. Stain pen could touch it up. * The living room wood pieces have crafted distressing — pits and gouges that were stained over at the factory as part of the antiqued finish. Thats the design, not damage. * The mirror brackets are missing for the wide dresser, so the mirror currently sits free-standing on top. They were two simple steel strips with screw holes — a few dollars at any hardware store. * I have the knobs for the valet trays but not most of the screws. The trays all open by hand without the knobs, which is why I never bothered to install them. * Leather pieces only lightly used (I rarely sit in them). No rips, tears, or peeling. TERMS OF SALE * Cash only. No apps, no checks, no money orders. * Local pickup in person, Columbus area. I have a Rheem outdoor Tankless gas water heater for sale. It works great! It appears to be about 15 years old, there is a little rust up near the top vent but I couldnt really get a good picture of it. This can be something you install and use for the next few years, or if you already have one it will be a good source for parts. We are refinishing our garage and the lines went across the walls/ceiling. Decided to go back to a standard (tank) water heater as the cost for a new water heater was comparable to the cost to move the lines into the walls.
