You’ll have access to training, support, and proven systems designed to help you succeed in a competitive insurance marketplace. Scope of Services Evaluating prospective clients’ insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options (e.g., auto, home, motorcycle, and other approved product lines). No cold calling - we provide a high volume of inbound and outbound leads. Preparing and presenting insurance quotes in accordance with carrier underwriting guidelines. Submitting applications and facilitating policy placement with approved carriers. Developing rapport with clients to help them choose the insurance product that fits their needs. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions consistent with compliance requirements and Company systems. Ideal Candidate Motivated and goal oriented Interested in sales and relationship building Comfortable speaking with clients and providing recommendations Organized and able to manage multiple client interactions Self driven with an entrepreneurial mindset Experience Requirements No prior insurance experience is required. Individuals from all professional backgrounds are welcome to apply. Licensing Active License preferred but not required at time of application. Must obtain appropriate state insurance license(s) before performing services. Training support provided.
