Quarterly bonuses start at $650 and annual bonus ranges from $1,200-$3,000 depending on company & personal performance as well as time on the job. Know Your Dispatcher: You will have a dedicated dispatcher who you develop an ongoing relationship with. They get to know your preferences and try to make your runs suited to your needs.
