This is an AMAZING one-of-a-kind, custom-built sofa, which was specifically created to stage a 5-million dollar home, to help get the house sold fast. The fabric alone cost over $65 per yard, and the entire sofa cost over $10,200 to have made. The original plan was to sell it with the house, but the new owners already have their own sectional sofa that they plan to use instead. Since this sofa was only used to stage a home, it is basically like new. There was never any pets or smoke around it. It was never eaten on. So youd basically be getting a $10,000 large sectional sofa for less than a quarter of its real value. It was built in the U.S. from solid wood construction and the back and seat pillows are reversible and can be removed for cleaning, if the need ever arises. I also have many yards of extra fabric that matches this sofa for sale separately, if you wish to make more pillows out of it, or recover other furniture pieces in your home to match this sofa. The fabric retails for $65 per yard and I will add in however many yards you want for just $10 per yard. The upholstery fabric is soft and comfortable, but strong enough to handle a lot of wear and tear. It is done in a crocodile embossed beautiful coppery-bronze color. Because the fabric has a lot of texture and highs & lows in the color, it never shows any dirt or stains. You can literally spill soy sauce on this and blot it up and there will be no stain seen. It is the BEST fabric. All of the pillows are filled with tightly wrapped industrial foam so they hold their shape well and bounce right back to their firmness after being sat on for hours & hours. Each pillow has a zipper so you can remove the outer fabric for spot-treating or easy replacement if you get a bad stain or tear at any time down the road. The size of this sofa gives PLENTY of room for stretching out, and it is very comfortable for sitting. Easily holds 6-8 people on it. Great for parties. The shorter side easily unscrews from the longer, back side - for easy transport. This is a left-facing, 2 piece, L-sofa. Basic Measurements (but see the map of it in the last photo for more details): Length of longer back side: 163 Length of shorter, left side (when facing it from the front): 106 Seat Depth: 20 with pillows on / 27 with back pillows off Total Height of the back 30 / Total Depth 29 from wall behind it Seat Height: 19 from the ground Back Pillows Measure: 18 Tall / 32 wide / Approx 7 thick 2 matching throw pillows included Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to set up a viewing appointment if you are interested. I can even offer you a lay-away plan where you can divide the payments into 3 installments and pay it off over the course of 3 months, if needed. You are welcome to come pick it up as soon as the entire amount is paid off. I may even be able to arrange delivery to you for $100 (as long as there are no stairs to get it to where you want it to go). NOTE: The solid iron & glass large rectangle coffee table that you also see in the photos is also available separately for $1495 The rug is available too. Needs cleaning so we’re blowing this $7000 rug out at just $499. Measures 5.5 feet X 9 feet.

Vintage Italian Capodimonte-style Ceramic 6-Arm Chandelier Delicate blue floral 3D in the style of the traditional Italian craftsmanship (no makers to attribute to the Royal Factory). Mid-century make so shows signs of age with some crazing, more set in soiling (may treat off), one candle unseated from its base and a repaired candle cup with a modest chip. Still a glorious remnant of the hand decorated tradition in a soft hue with aging that will likely fade at even short heights. No crystals or ceramic adornments for the hooks. Older wiring, but tested working as pictured. Dimensions: ~21W/D X 31 (full hang) Asking $350. Cash/Zelle (preferred) or Venmo. We are located in the Bayview District of SF (94124). No delivery, but check out the Lugg app if you cant transport on your own. I have 2 of these industrial size radiator cooling fans and need to sell 1 to clear up some shop room. They origionally cost over $900 each. Both have large water tanks and 3 speed fans and both work well. They will be ideal for cooling a shop or garage and put out cool air in hot weather. Both were used sparingly in summer and stored inside winters. They both work great with no issues. Please, no low ball offers as these are industrial quality fans. 864-586-1444, David
