New. Regular screw hole. SHADE IS CREAM COLOR. More precise measurements: 13 inches TALL x 10 and 5/8 inch diameter at the top x 15 and 1/4 inch diameter at bottom. I bought new and never used. Paid a lot like $40. Selling for $10. call 716-901-0628 I put an image of pink lamp shade which has the exact screw hole size and design for lamp attachment.
