This peaceful, forested neighborhood feels like living near an orchard, with mature trees surrounding the home and excellent privacy from neighboring houses. The backyard opens to a patio and a plant-filled, wooded hillside. It’s common to hear 15 or more different bird calls in a day (confirmed by my Merlin bird app). The backyard also features a Solo Stove fire pit with lawn chairs for relaxing outdoors. Homeowner is semi-retired. Calm, respectful home-share environment. The private bedroom has windows facing the backyard and forested hill, offering a quiet and very private setting. The room is on the first floor and includes a queen bed, desk, and wardrobe closet. It has its own half bathroom off the first-floor hallway, plus access to shared full bathrooms with showers on the second floor (shared with two other housemates). The home includes three bathrooms, a full shared kitchen, washer and dryer for laundry, and free street parking. Monthly home-share rate is $840 with a $200 security deposit.
