I confirmed the original order directly with Ethan Allen, so these specs are verified: • Fabric: Spencer Mineral Plaid, Grade L (Ethan Allens premium fabric tier) • Original retail: $2,900 per chair, $1,300 ottoman — $7,100 total • Full 360° swivel with glider motion • Rolled arms, loose welted seat and back cushions, kick-pleat skirt • Solid hardwood frame, hand-tailored in North Carolina • Approx. 33W x 38D x 37H per chair • Cleaning code S (solvent-only fabric) • Includes 2 of the original 4 fabric arm covers CONDITION Mechanically and structurally these are excellent — frames are tight, the swivel and glide are smooth and silent on all three pieces, cushions hold their shape, no odors. Non-smoking home, no pets. Two main cosmetic flaws plus some minor spotting, all photographed in detail: Chair A has a stain approximately 2 long and under an inch wide on the top of one arm. The two included arm covers sit over this area and conceal it completely. Photographed both covered and uncovered. Chair B has visible wear to the fabric on one arm — the weave has abraded and the plaid pattern is breaking up across that area, with slight fraying at the welt seam. This is fiber wear, not dirt, and it wont clean out. Photographed at three angles alongside the undamaged arm for comparison. In addition to the two arms there are three additional faint spots: two on the ottoman top and one on Chair Bs seat cushion. Each is smaller than a dime and light tan — they read as faint marks on a light fabric rather than dark stains, and every one is photographed with a dime beside it for scale. That is the complete list. Everything else on both chairs and the ottoman is clean and intact. PRICING $925 takes all three. Im also listing the pieces separately: • Chair A (with arm covers) + ottoman — $625 • Chair B — $375 • Ottoman alone — $225 The set is discounted because one pickup is worth more to me than three. These were our dining room chairs for 8 months because we needed wheeled chairs for that time. There were no spills or stains. There are cats in the home, if you are very allergic these are not for you. We paid $189.99 each. Have three to sell at $60 each. The chair and base can be moved as separate pieces.
