DJI MINI 3 PRO Aircraft

This is a request for the person who gave his Mini 3 pro drone to a local thrift store about 3 months ago to unbind it by logging into your DJI FLY App and go to device management and remove device . The last 4 digits of the aircraft are 7FCW. Your controller was dead and unable to charge when I got it from the thrift store.
