Thomas the Train Follow Me Thomas 2009 Mattel #1 Engine

This is a larger thomas tank for the kids to play with. The battery receiving area is marked up some, and when I put new batteries in, it does not do anything. I just got this, so I do not know if the wheels should automatically move, or if a remote was used for it. This is being sold as is.
