Senior Field Service Technician Job Description About Readyman Readyman is a newly launched HVAC service company built for long-term stability and professionalism. We focus strictly on residential service diagnostics, repairs, retrofits, and planned equipment replacement. We intentionally do not chase new construction volume or chaotic growth. This company is well capitalized, professionally branded, and owned by an experienced service business operator with a long-term commitment to building something durable and well run. We are not looking for a partner, a salesperson, or someone to carry the business. We are looking for a highly competent senior technician who wants a stable, high-quality role with clear boundaries and real upside without ownership risk. The Role You will serve as: * Senior field service technician * Technical authority for diagnostics and repair quality * Oregon RMI of record for the company You will not be responsible for: * Running the business * Marketing or sales management * Hiring, firing, or scheduling * Recruiting other technicians * Carrying the company financially or operationally The owner retains all business decisions. You retain final authority on technical safety, code compliance, and workmanship standards. Compensation This role is intentionally structured to feel safe, fair, and boring in the best way. Base Compensation * $120,000 guaranteed annual salary * Paid weekly * No draw, no clawbacks Profit Sharing * 10 percent of net service profit * Paid quarterly * Calculated transparently * Starts day one * No cap This is profit sharing, not equity.
