**update** I had it in storage for so long and it seems like it doesnt power on anymore when I recently tried it. Probably needs to replace the battery. It includes the hard case, charger and as well as Kamerar pico plate and dual handles. The encoders definitely make this gimbal fantastic since it allows you to physically move your camera and keep it locked in a certain position!
