AVALON GAS (NG) FREESTANDING STOVE

Selling an Avalon 700 DV freestanding gas burning stove. Unit is setup for natural gas. 38,500 max btu. Unit is direct vent and would require 4 x 6 dv pipe. Blower works but is on its way out. Still puts off plenty of heat without blower. Unit has been g 1 thru inside and out. Fresh embers/coals on the burner. Unit dimensions: 23.75 w x 28 h x 20 deep.
