Floor Care Technician

WANTED! Floor Technician to work in the LA area. Are you an experienced Floor Technician who is looking to work overnight? We have a great opportunity for you! As a Floor Technician you will sweep, mop, vacuum, strip, wax and buff hard surfaces as well as shampoo and extract carpets. Job Overview: Strip/wax floors Strip away old surfaces, apply new waxes and finishes, buff and burnish floors to a polished shine Deep cleaning of restroom floors Capet cleaning - perform carpet shampooing ahd extraction Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7 pm to 3:30 am, ½ lunch Friday 4:30 pm to 1 am, ½ hour lunch *****Please note that on Fridays the schedule may change depending on the site. Pay Rate: $21.00. Required Skills: Knowledge of flooring - understanding of different floor types and the most effective ways to clean Equipment Expertise - familiarity with floor care equipment Attention to Detail - the ability to spot and address issues with the floor Communication - the ability to follow instructions, report problems to Supervisors Clean DMV record, be insurable under customers vehicle insurance policy You will park at Corporate office and then take the company van to service the clients. You will work in a variety of settings including offices, commercial buildings, warehouses, educational institutions and LA City government buildings. Interested or have questions?
