Cabinet overall is in good shape, no dents but needs surface cleaning. Hatco is the leading manufacturer of portable holding / proofing cabinets. This holding cabinet heat is adjustable between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit and comes with humidity control so you can create the best environment to store your valuable foods. You can also proof breads between temperatures of 80 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The front mounted controls let you make quick adjustments as needed, while its spacious interior can hold up to five full size gastronome pans filled with food. This unit comes with a stainless top which can used as a prep area. The side walls are fully insulated for maximum temperature retention and energy efficiency, and all stainless interior provides outstanding durability. I have replaced the 4 old casters with new 250-pound rated ones. 2 casters on the front are locking and the 2 back casters are 250-pound rated and are stationary ones. Additionally, I replaced the power cord and the drain line. Note: I powered up the unit and set the temperature to 170; after 28 minutes (normal warm-up) it reached 170 and stayed there. Also, I checked the Humidity selector and that worked fine, Note: One of the interior side shelf hangers is missing, but should be available through Hatco.
