We currently have an opening for the position of Landscape Construction Crew Leader; we offer higher compensation options for candidates who possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving record. This is a full-time position, involving a workload of 4050 hours per week, year-round. We focus strictly on residential landscaping. Experience is REQUIRED in: Leading landscape construction teams. Installing paver patios. Promoting and maintaining safe working conditions. Installing retaining walls. Installing water features. Installing irrigation systems. Installing fire pits. Installing sodrolled turf. Installing artificial turf. Installing French drains. Job Skills: Speaking both Spanish and English. Drivers license required, with a clean driving record. Experience in residential landscape construction. Familiarity with landscaping machinery. Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team. Must be responsible and drug-free. Strong leadership skills / ability to manage team members effectively, respectfully, and positively. Compensation: Between $24 and $27 per hour, depending on experience. An additional $1 per hour is offered if you possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving record. Paid weekly, on Fridays. We typically work 40 hours per week for most of the year.
