🔨 Cabinet Maker & Installer (Experienced Only) Location: Queens, NY (Maspeth) – Projects in NYC & PA Position: Full-Time Pay: Based on experience (Top pay for true professionals) 🛠️ About Us A&E Millwork is a high-end custom millwork and cabinetry company specializing in luxury kitchens, custom closets, reception desks, wall panels, and commercial millwork. We are looking for a skilled Cabinet Maker & Installer with real hands-on experience in custom work. ✅ REQUIREMENTS (Must Have Experience) Minimum 5+ years experience in custom cabinet making Experience with frameless & face-frame cabinetry Ability to read and understand shop drawings & field measurements Experience operating shop machinery (table saw, edge bander, CNC, etc.) Knowledge of Blum hardware, soft-close systems, drawer slides Experience installing kitchens, closets, vanities, wall panels, and trim Clean, professional job site behavior Must have own basic tools Valid driver’s license preferred 🔧 Responsibilities Build custom cabinetry in shop Assemble and prep cabinets for install Install kitchens, closets, and millwork on site Adjust doors/drawers for perfect finish Work closely with project managers & designers Maintain clean and organized workspace ⭐ Preferred (Big Plus) Experience with high-end finishes (rift white oak, walnut veneer, lacquer) Ability to troubleshoot on site Experience working in occupied residential homes Team leadership skills 💰 What We Offer Competitive pay (based on skill level) Steady, year-round work Growth opportunity Professional shop environment
