The house is roughly 1,800 sq ft with a fully fenced yard, and pool + spa. You’ll have your own room and share a bathroom. Common areas include a shared kitchen, living room (main gaming/movie zone), dining area, and pool. I work full-time in marketing, but after hours the house turns into a nerd zone — gaming sessions, movie/anime nights, Netflix binges, and casual hangouts. We host low-key dinner nights, watch parties, and the occasional football game (Broncos fan here). Were fueled by coffee in this house so much that we have a coffee bar. If you’re into PC or console gaming, movies, anime, or just chilling with like-minded people, you’ll fit right in. The living room is regularly used for gaming and streaming. There are also two super friendly golden retrievers who are basically emotional support NPCs and will absolutely try to sit next to you while you game or watch movies.
