I won a bid on govdeals for an iPhone but I am unable to get that shipped to my area. As a result, I am selling it to anyone in the Indianapolis area. All you need to do is pick it up from their University department responsible for holding this. When payment is received, I will send you my signed Buyers Certificate and Paid Invoice for you to present and collect the iPhone. It is locked to AT&T and T-Mobile as far as I have checked. Since this was a University phone, I strongly assume the original phone plan has already been paid off fully and the phone is capable of being unlocked with a call to the provider.
