Drywall- patching, holes and small areas Dryer- vent cleaning Electrical- switches, outlets including GFCI, light fixtures, bulb replacement, smoke/CO 2 detectors, ceiling fans, door bells Kitchen- cabinet replacement, counter-tops, sink installation, hinge replacement Flooring- Vinyl plank or wood laminate. Ceramic tiles. Gutters- repair and cleaning Locks & Deadbolts- replacement. Painting & Staining- interior and exterior. Plumbing- drain cleaning, faucet repairs and replacement, trap replacement, sink replacement, tub over-flow kit, toilet repairs and installation. Copper and galvanized piping repair, hot water heater replacement. Pressure Washing- decks, sidewalks, playground equipment, house siding, dirty equipment. No carpeting, roofing or siding. Working on ladder limited to 20 feet.
