Great structural condition, with evidence of use cosmetically, such as wear on the arm edges. It is sturdy and well-made, yet comfortable. It will come with two matching pillows. The brand is Bauhaus USA, and it was made in USA. The fabric is called BellaSuede and is faux suede (polyester). The color is a muted, neutral, earthy green, so it coordinates with other colors well. It has a small circle of pale yellow on the top of one cushion where a hot lamp fell on it. This is reflected in the price, but please make an offer if you are interested. I would keep this but I dont have space for it. (The little circle could be easily covered with a throw blanket, which many keep on the sofa anyway...) I cannot provide delivery, but here are measurements to see if it fits into your vehicle and room: 66 to 67 long, 35 deep, and 33 high (only 30 high when back cushions are removed).
