Simplicity landlord 7112 & Allis Chalmers 712, 2-4-1 tractors

Selling a 1970s Simplicity landlord with sickle bar has a weight box all brand new tires electric 12 volt lift bucket that works pretty decent, winch on the front rebuilt engine runs great the other tractor is very similar (partz tractor) has a fully redone engine that runs beautiful which is a direct replacement for the other one thats a rolling chassis has flat tires and a couple parts lawn mower decks. I have all the owners manuals for all attachments extra belts and parts the Simplicity landlord has a working high and low range considered basically a 6-speed forward and two speed reverse also has a new battery, sickle bar works pretty decent but not perfect the first pass will cut down about half of the tall grass when you turn around and hit it the other way itll fully take it down when the grass is dry it works a lot better may need sharpening not used to these things, these 10 horsepower cast iron Briggs & Stratton engines are very hard to find and people are looking for them and they usually sell for around 6 to $800 a piece.
