Customer Service & Showroom Associate

NKB Design is seeking a full-time Customer Service & Showroom Associate to join our team. This position involves working in our showroom, assisting walk-in clients, answering phones, supporting sales, and helping manage day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced design environment. Responsibilities: Greet and assist showroom clients Answer and manage incoming calls Support sales and customer follow-ups Assist with order processing and project coordination Maintain showroom organization and presentation Preferred Qualifications: Background in kitchen design Experience with 2020 Design and/or ProKitchen software Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and dependable Position Details: Full-time (40 hours per week) Competitive pay based on experience If you have a passion for customer service and design, we’d love to hear from you.
