Demo a switchback stair case, relocate/build a new straight staircase. Demo wall between foyer and sitting room. Install and finish drywall in several rooms, install vinyl plank flooring throughout the house, renovate 3 bathrooms ……,and much more. This was a multifaceted house renovation/alteration - Toano, Va. Demo roof over a portion of the rear deck. Install footers, support post and beam, construct a second floor deck with composite decking and cable railing - Va Beach, Va. Remove existing siding, soffit and wrap. Make needed modifications. Installed new siding, wrap and soffits. Expand the rear deck in length and width, install composite deck boards and railing - Hampton, Va. Build a 4 x 7 tiled shower with dual shower valves/heads. Tile the bathroom floor and install tile wainscoting in the entire bathroom. Install a 3 piece vanity - Williamsburg, Va. Install custom kitchen cabinets, build a large island, install commercial grade gas range and hood vent - Hampton, Va. Remove garage door and frame the opening, install windows and lay brick to match the house. Frame the floor to the house elevation, raise the electrical outlets, raise the boiler and water heater, hang and finish drywall, install flooring - Yorktown, Va. Demo an existing sunroom. Install a beam and widen the opening between the house and new sunroom. Build a new sunroom with a vaulted ceiling, hang and finish drywall and make ready for paint - Mathews, Va. Remove window, create an opening to install french doors, build a 16 x 25 composite deck and railing - Va Beach, Va. Demo an existing acrylic shower unit. Build a tiled shower with a niche, install sliding shower doors. Demo interior walls, cut away the roof and build a 16 x 20 dormer, frame interior walls for 2 bedrooms, hang and finish drywall, extend existing hardwood flooring as needed - Mathews, Va. Build a 25 x 32 deck around an above ground pool Note: this was an expansion of a 6 x 12 deck we built the year prior- Norfolk, Va. Build a treated wood deck completely around a 33 above ground pool - Yorktown, Va. Build a 16 x 20 treated wood deck and railing with metal balustrades.
